These terms govern your use of the FastBowlersU website, athlete portal, events, and coaching services (collectively, "FBU services"). By accessing the site or signing up for any FBU service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
FastBowlersU is a coaching business based in Queensland, Australia. Contact: coaching@fastbowlersu.au.
You must be 18 or older to create an account on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf and consent to your participation. Coaches and contractors must hold a current Queensland Blue Card to work with athletes under 18.
When you register for a Roadshow stop, clinic, Super Clinic, Academy subscription, or other paid product:
Roadshow discount codes are single-use, athlete-specific, and time-limited. We may withdraw, modify or terminate offers at any time, but we will honour any code that has been validly issued and is unredeemed within its expiry.
FBU services are coaching services. They do not constitute medical, physiotherapy or psychological advice. Athletes should declare any medical condition, allergy or medication that may affect participation. We may decline to deliver a service if we believe it is unsafe.
We may reschedule outdoor sessions due to weather, ground unavailability, or operational reasons. Where a session is cancelled, we will offer a make-up or pro-rata refund.
Our Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, why, and how it is handled. By using FBU services you acknowledge the policy.
We sometimes take photos and video at FBU events for coaching and promotional use. Where consent is required (athletes under 18; identifiable use), we obtain it explicitly through the registration consent process. You can withdraw consent for promotional use at any time by emailing us — we will remove your images from current campaigns.
Don't use FBU services in a way that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or compromises the security or operation of the platform. Don't impersonate another person. Don't attempt to access data you are not entitled to.
The site, brand, coaching system content, and any written or video material we publish are owned by FBU or licensed to us. You may use materials we provide for personal coaching purposes; please don't republish or commercially distribute them without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of FBU services. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You can stop using FBU services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to portal users. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
